Range of motion in the knee is 110 as of today and the knee lying flat is at 0 just where it needs to be. They always say no pain no gain. Exercising is the answer to full and easy recovery.
i just can't imagen someone having both knees done at the same time,

Congrats, and keep it up. I need mine done too, but the VA won't touch it till I get all my teeth puled. Way too much chance of serious infection.

My wife had both hers done at the same time, she's tough. Sucked for the care giver I know that.

I had total knee replacements on both knees at the same time in 2003 and I'm still going strong.
