Glad you had some fun, Jerry ! I do these by hand. That said, there's definitely a place for both decals and hand pinstriping or murals . ![[Linked Image]](https://trapperman.com/forum/attachments/usergals/2025/03/full-20139-251606-img_3050.jpg)

You have done it now. You'll never get away with anything with all them unique identifying things on your truck. May as well turn yourself in right now. Nothing to run from but you're right if not personalized most vehicles look like every other vehicle on the road today not many unique styles anymore.

That's ok Jerry. I've seen some real neat wrap art decals ...such as full wraps of military men , jets, choppers, flags, full very well done scenes on semis. Camo, mountain scenes, big game , etc. There is something for everyone. The guys who want hand done are classic muscle cah owners, bikers for their tanks and fenders, semi trucks too , who have specific wants and have the goal of hand done work. Signed by the artist , the whole bit. Its an investment for them. Its all fun.

Even pinstripes have gone by the wayside it was amazing how good a set of painted pinstripes dressed up a vehicle simple but elegant.

Grafics? Do they make it go faster?
I added atrailer brake control, larger sized trans cooler, and overload springs for pulling trailer and a turn over ball for hitching to one. Then a brush bumper, grill guard, and tinted the windows.
I wash the underside after every trip to the coastal bend.

Added some graphics it was kind of plain just a lot of red. Filled in the tailgate letters and a bed decals to change it up a bit. I have a hood blackout mid hood and a couple smaller distressed flags for the lower front fenders or doors. First time messing with graphic decals but watched several YouTube videos that helped. Some of the material is super thin that highlights the letters on the bed the tailgate letter were solid so I started there. A guy needs to go slow keeping it wet with soapy water and you can work with it to get it to lay flat. It came out pretty nice not perfect but I’m content with the outcome. ![[Linked Image]](https://trapperman.com/forum/attachments/usergals/2025/03/full-18408-251602-img_4686.jpeg) Looks good. Hey replace that rust ole trailer hitch.... New truck needs a new ball.....

Pricing the spinner wheels that keep going around when you stop you think that’s too much? LOL If it’s stolen I’ll be able to identify it.

Nice work Sharon I had my Harley pinstriped , by an artist in Daytona I’m always amazed at the freehand talent by you guys Thank you. I've seen such amazing striping on bikes. Nessy yinz finally did it ! Looks great. That is a distinct style of its own. I do the more light, flowing lines. One thing I haven't attempted yet, are thin, straight lines from front to back along a vechile's frame . Styles are varied and the ahhtist preferences can be very different.
