It’s what’s for dinner.

Pressure cooked four squirrels with some chicken broth added for twenty minutes at 10 psi then pulled the meat off the bones.




Brown rice cooked with chicken broth, squirrel in cream of mushroom soup and a side of mushroom soup for over the rice.



This is what it is supposed to look like when served. My first time trying this. It was a big hit with the family.

Nicely done! Only thing not to like is there aint a nice layer of black pepper on it. Squirrel may be my favorite wild meat.

Looks very good! I slow cooked pork chops in mushroom soup last night. Replace rice with mashed and looked very similar to your plate. Eating good you are!

If my wife is eating mashed potatoes,,you cant see any potatoes.Just a pile of black pepper.
