I have needed to get back into it but limited time. But last week or two I started walking the stairs towers at work , walking a horse shoe on the outside of the plant 3.6 miles and doing some chin and pull ups on the stair towers just to get moving on breaks and down time . Also do some push ups in the morning or before bed . It's not much but I'm really out of shape and it's a start.
At one time I was working out 5 to 7 days a week twice a day. jogging 2 2 miles once a week. I wish I could get back to close to that shape. Then I could do 96 dips in a set. I don't think I will ever get back to that.
I did put a new steel roof on the garage this week and plan on making that into a gym and shop for the boys. I have dumb bells 5 to 90 lb in 5 lb increasing weight. 300 lbs of plates among other things. it will be nice to get it out of storage and put to use.

20 minutes every other day on my rowing machine easier on the knees then walking or running every 50-75 reps i crank up the resistance and I watch or listen to u-tube music I'd recommend it since i'm in my 70's but for a young buck probably not the way to go

I try to work out every day. I work legs, chest, back and shoulders rotating on four day schedule. Major muscles.
I work biceps, triceps and calves rotating on a three day schedule. Minor muscles. I work one major and minor per day.
I aim for 5 exercises with 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps each on majors.

STRETCH, STRETCH and STRETCH!! I you don't bend you will break!!
However, working out is the easy part. Nutrition and macros is the hard part. Got to get the fuel in order to be able to lose or gain, whichever you choose.
SLEEP, SLEEP and SLEEP!! If you don't sleep you don't recover. You have to get quality sleep.
That's about as simple as it gets. You can find all kinds of exercise routines for all your body parts on youtube. I like Mike Isratel. There are a lot of others.
Stay active, eat, drink and sleep. Be the example for your family.
And, Control your sugar to control your life. You must be pretty ripped! I’d like to see a picture.

Not as much as I'd like but I do a fair amount of heavy lifting anyways but, I do a fair amount of yoga to try and stay limber as with arthritis problems I get stiff pretty quick. No pics please.
