I made a homemade pizza with zuccini and whole wheat crust with my homemade pizza sauce, pork sausage, pepperoni, and two cheeses with black olives. Never been a big steak person. I like meat but in different forms than steaks for the most part.

Basmati rice in beef broth with diced venison heart and broccoli in small pieces all cooked together and...

...halved and quartered baby reds baked in olive oil and heavily sprinkled with kosher salt, powdered onion and powdered garlic and a healthy dose of black pepper.

A fine supper.

How many lies will people believe before they realize their own idiocy?

Smoked a chicken yesterday. Made chicken salad for supper tonight.

Stop over cooking your meat! It isn’t gamey, it’s over cooked!
