My wife and I both donate a lot. We gave on February 28 and booked our next donation for April 26th. I'm A+ and she's O- and yes they've contacted her about donating. Red Cross now has a point system that you get 100 points for each unit you donate. She gets an extra 100 each unit because she's O-. She got a red Cross windbreaker with her points a couple months ago. I got an insulated mug. You also usually get an offer for a gift card of $10 to $15 each time you donate. We like to see where our donation winds up. I think my last one went to South Carolina. I had one go to Baylor University before but usually it winds up in Chicago or Madison.

We donate because you never know when a family member or friend may need it and vice versa. We may need it at some point.

Universal donor here. Keeping my blood and organs for friends or family that may need them.

If you need em, sell me a sad enough story and I may acquiescence if I like ya enough.....

She wore scarlet begonias, tucked into her curls. I knew right away, she was not like other girls.

I'm 0-. Last time I gave the needle was inserted wrong somehow. My upper arm turned purple for a long time and was painful. Needless to say I never went back. They keep begging for my blood as its universal.
