Looks great Seldom.

I saw these rye buns at the store yesterday and just wanted to try them so I toasted them in the oven, then melted swiss cheese on them, made some Johnsonville brats in the air fryer, topped them with thousand island and Franks Bavarian Kraut. Delicious.

Had some shredded corned beef and a potato at a friends house, his was in a crockpot all day, it was ok, but he is Irish so that's a cooking impediment, lol, grin
