Bruce, those big bucks that you’re tracking, do you shoot them the first time you see them, or are you able to keep bumping them until you get a shot?

I like watching Rodney Elmer and his Son’s on YouTube track bucks.

That is the key, to know when they start the circle and go in a circle the opposite direction. You will see them watching their backtrack.

Met Lanny, Shane, and Lane , never met their Dad. Had a good visit with Lanny last summer at the HuntStock show in Vernon Center,NY.

I have two of their books. I'm too far west of the NE to have ever attended any of their clinics or meet them. Another hunter and author who hunts very similar to the Benoit Family is Hal Blood.

Larry Benoits book "How to Bag the biggest buck of your life." Was probably the first and only book I read cover to cover while I was in highschool. I never enjoyed reading until I was an adult and I bet I've read that book 6 or 8 times by now.
