I'm looking at some land just outside of Sierra Vista, Arizonia and one of my brother inlaws owns some lots in Deming, New Mexico.Will have to check them out this fall and by next summer I should have a piece of land to set up a camper on and build a camp later for my future winter home.I figure once I own the land I can buy a truck and leave it right there and then fly by plane to get there winters.

You ain't gonna catch wolverines down there, Bruce.  Nope that dream is on hold right now, but can trap those high dollar desert bobcats.  Only on private land.

You leave a cabin unoccupied in sierra vista and you will return to an occupied cabin. Might require immigration to vacate it for you. Should have been alittle clearer.Its about an hour or so Northeast from Sierra Vista out in the countryside.Not in town.
