Boy y'all got your hands full up there. I lived there when all the problems were going on with the Indians and their shenanigans. We went back and fourth with the local Government. I know its the Twin Cities that are the biggest problems, was that way back then too. We have the same problems here, Northern Virginia, Richmond and Tidewater run our state, thank goodness we have Governor Youngkin to stop some of their radical ideas. Hope this doesn't`t cross the line Boss.

Sadly, the reservation nearest my place has a big drug problem.. Not so long ago I heard about a person from the reservation who died from an overdose of fentanyl.
I've had my place broken into a couple times. Once they caught the perps who turned out to be 4 local Indians from the reservation. According to the tribal police that caught them, most of their break ins are looking for drugs.

The Twin City's IS the biggest problem!

Twin Cities has become similar to Chicago. The George Floyd riots pretty much sunk the Minneapolis metro. Poor leadership on multiple levels contributed .
Our Governor is an absolute putz as most witnessed in his recent VP campaign !

I live 5-6 miles from the local Rez. For the most part they make a fine neighbor.

I have a place about a mile from the rez. There are some pretty decent folks on the rez that I have helped out several times when they needed help. But, drugs ARE a major problem, especially with the casino funding the building of a large facility to manufacture pot. What could possibly go wrong? crazy

Agreed, but Rochester and Duluth aren't far behind (if at all).

I would say that St Cloud is in worse shape than Duluth and Rochester.

Agreed, due in large part to Lutheran Social(ist) Services…. I have family there sadly. Pathetic excuse for a city nowadays.

Thankfully I live near a different Rez ! Way more civil on this side of the Lake. One was sent back to the West side in a plastic tote though .

I don’t see the Grow being any different than the Casino myself. Both are meant to separate the White man from his money.

Are you referring to the body they found in a tote near Randy's Rentals? They caught the perps on that one.

The tribes are allowed to spear and net the walleyes in the spawning beds while they are spawning is what you were referring to. That's a real concern, but apparently not to our DNR.

Lutheran Social Services and Catholic Charities are largely responsible for the large influx of immigrants in MN. They were paid a decent fee by the government for every family they brought into the country. St Cloud was a large recipient of many of these immigrants as Catholic Charities has a large base office in the St Cloud area. Don't kid yourselves, this influx of immigrants was about the money. These two organizations got rich over this. It wasn't just about the kindness.
