My Mother passed a couple months ago and I have been sorting her things and came across this old trapping book. It was my great grandfather's, then passed to my grandfather, to my Dad, and now to me. It was published in 1909
I have many squirrel cage traps that I need to get rid of

What's with the swastica symbols in the top left corner?
59 years trapping. It's who I am. Every day is still as exciting as it was when I was a kid but a little more work.

According to Wikipedia swastikas in the early 20th century stood for good luck.

What's with the swastica symbols in the top left corner? It was a Native American symbol first…. Nazi's ruined it, like gays ruined the rainbow.

According to Wikipedia swastikas in the early 20th century stood for good luck. Correct. PS&W marketed a trap called a "Good Luck" with that symbol cut out of the pan. ![[Linked Image]](https://trapperman.com/forum/attachments/usergals/2025/04/full-2100-253696-img_3339.jpg)
I have nothing clever to put here.
