Hippie, White has had an A flag under his handle on his forum posts for a long time. I think that indicates an administrator.

I was thinking that when I wanted to pm him, I'd go to the bottom of this page for his name.

He is an administrator. An administrator doesn't have to be listed to be a mod, he is a mod on all forums because he's an administrator.

cause there are lots of reasons one might ask for a self ban , they want to go but don't have the will power to not log back in or something else , it doesn't make them bad people , they may not agree with some and some may not agree with them.

I almost completely avoid news , I get some here and there on the radio but I have not turned on the TV in years
it raises my otherwise usually low blood pressure un-necessarily.

I know what I can and can't change and 99.9% of what is on the news I can't change , I am already doing what I can to make change in the things I have influence over.

sometimes asking for a self delete like that is there way of turning off the news

but people here form friendships and they may not have exchanged numbers because they could always just log in and message each other here.

hopefully someone has their numbers and can call and ask if it is OK to share the number or email with certain people.
