You’re the last vehicle rolling to a 4 way stop. The vehicle across from you enters the intersectIon. Is it okay to take advantage of that vehicle preventing the crossing traffic from going even though you were technically the last one there?

If your in a truck you can get away with it but lack of acceleration impedes the other drivers. 4wheeler I dont see a problem. Truck I will just wait.

If they're going straight you can go straight or turn right.

If they turn right you have to wait.

If they turn left you can turn left.

if I need to get some place and I can do it safely yes go as pairs if going strait , but not if pulling a trailer

Drives me nuts sitting in the truck four cars back and watching them do the one at a time thing. I will point out it’s not as bad as them sitting there waiting for the sign to turn green.

Theres 4 way stops being put in here a lot of places now. At other places they put in a free flowing circle. With the two way stops still existing also all i can tell you is watch out. Most folks dont know what to do lol

Is it legal, is not the same as, is it ok.

Obviously turning traffic is a different scenario.
