Open the cut/hole add shoe goo let neoprene close and glue to cure. Next add 3 thin layers of shoe goo over repaired area allow to dry in-between coats of glue. That has worked for me over the years.

Applied the E6000 to the waders and let dry over night and BAM! fixed the holes...no more leaks. Will further test it the rest of the week and post results.

I use this for everything from waders to snowmachine hoods (along with fiberglass cloth). I once was having a hard time finding E6000 so I called Eclectic Industries the manufacturer, they told me to just use ShoeGoo, which they also make, he said it's all the same product, along with most of the rest of their "Goos".

I wish I could find a pair of waders that don't leak right out of the box
