What else you put in the pot? We used corn, potatoes, andouille sausage, onions, and big mushrooms. Man those mushrooms really absorbed the seasoning as does the corn. I think I enjoy everything else better than the crawfish in the boil.

Never had them but I'd be willing to try if I had someone show me how. I will assume (this is a dangerous thing to do) that beer may be involved.
