Do the Nebraska guys mind telling me how an out of state deer hunt would work in NE? This NE game laws book is really something compared to Ohio.

So Questions: (For Franklin County NE)
If a parent owns some land in NE are you still just a plain jane out of state hunter?
....The above question probably matters where you are hunting, so same question for my parents farm?

So what all of these licenses do I need to buy?

....Out of state doe white tail?

Is it important that I am just on the North side of the KS state line?
Should I be looking into out of state Kansas instead?

Best to rifle? Cross bows allowed? Bait? Anything dramatically diff between Ohio and Nebraska that should be mentioned that you may know of?

Rules change from one unit to another as populations of deer differ.
Crossbows are legal for rifle permits.
Bait must be 200 yards from your stand.
