I prefer pigs grilled, or in the case of bacon, fried. Roasts are good too, so is lunch meat. I like pork a lot.

Looks good!

There are only two rules to grilling meat.

1. Don't use a gas grill
2. Don't use a gas grill.

A friend of mine gave me an old gas grill once. I used it twice, stopped and passed it on, because I didn't like the flavor of the meat as much. I grill mostly on mulberry, I cut for that reason, fruit tree prunings and nut shells. Mulberry is my favorite, but I like to blend other woods and nut shells too and cook on the coals. I grill a lot, often 3 or 4 days a week. I close the grill as soon as I am done cooking. I can usually reuse the coals a few times, especially if I add a little wood as necessary.

You can rent trained backpack goats locally for hiking. It's not cheap, if people are paying what they are asking. You can buy goats for less. They need to be careful if they rent a goat to a foreigner. The foreigner might not know they are supposed to return a live goat.

This is a big pot belly a lady had me shoot, she had it in town and it kept getting out. She was being threatened with big fines. She didn’t like it but needed me to get it done and loaded into my pickup. I figured it wouldn’t even make good sausage and I had free landfill use. It had pretty big cutters on it. Not sure how old it was.
