Took off some junk, mostly shelfs from a grocery store I picked up years ago when they got new thinking they would be nice in a farm store I never built. they got rusty in storage and were in the way. So they went along with som junk mower and tiller type junk. Just what would fit in a Ford ranger. Had 2x more weight on the little truck than it felt like the way it handled. Figured some folks may be interested in it since there is a scrap price thread now and then. It's nice to get paid to get rid of trash instead of paying to dump it. Kids like taking off scrap they get the money . Youngest missed out this time didn't help load or tag along to unload.

Yeah, I also convert to price per pound because for steel, I tend to take in only small amounts (they have a roll away for such loads). I like the roll away because its on pavement and the chances of stabbing a tire are load compared to going back in the main yard.

The steel scrap (they take non-ferrous as well) yard is only about 3 miles from my house so the transport cost is almost nothing for me.
