For many years we always had a nice traditional ham dinner. We do not have family here this year so we will still have something nice but not a big ham.

Just wife and myself, we have a big ham every Easter.
Gives us a lot of leftovers, and bone for soup later on .

Let me sugar coat this

We're having a maple-peach glazed ham, scalloped potatoes, homemade rolls, snow peas, carrots, deviled eggs, veggie tray, sauerkraut and Polish sausage, with a homemade cheesecake with fresh strawberries for dessert.

The kids lust left. Had ham and a bunch of other good stuff. Sure do like it when the whole family can make it home.

Nice looking home there Bruce and a likely brood to go along with it.

I smoked a pork loin
My wife made mac-n-cheese, Watergate salad and green bean casserole.
MIL made Italian Love Cake and Magic cookies bars or something like that

Nothing extravagant, but all good eats.

Oour traditional ham, cheese potatoes, with broasted asparagus, carrots, fruit and pumpkin cake and tart cherry pie. Granddaughters did quite a bit of the baking. Spent a lot of time playing Snake Oil.

Wife did a stuffed turkey and a ham. Had an egg hunt for the six little grandkids. Each kid ended up with $70 in cash from the plastic eggs. Times have changed. Back 60 years ago, we kids were excited to get hard boiled eggs!

We had ham at my mom's house. My mom makes a huge amount of food and everyone takes home leftovers that cover meals for a few days. There was 9 people there and easily enough food for over 30 people to eat their fill.

I had a ham sandwich and spent the day hanging wood duck houses and raking up weeds at the lake.

I have nothing clever to put here.

Not traditional, but we had a special dinner. Grilled lobster tails and a seafood, pasta dish with shrimp, mussels and garlic/butter-wine sauce. Didn't suck.
