Just wife and myself, we have a big ham every Easter. Gives us a lot of leftovers, and bone for soup later on .
Let me sugar coat this

We're having a maple-peach glazed ham, scalloped potatoes, homemade rolls, snow peas, carrots, deviled eggs, veggie tray, sauerkraut and Polish sausage, with a homemade cheesecake with fresh strawberries for dessert.

I smoked a pork loin My wife made mac-n-cheese, Watergate salad and green bean casserole. MIL made Italian Love Cake and Magic cookies bars or something like that
Nothing extravagant, but all good eats.

I had a ham sandwich and spent the day hanging wood duck houses and raking up weeds at the lake.
I have nothing clever to put here.

Not traditional, but we had a special dinner. Grilled lobster tails and a seafood, pasta dish with shrimp, mussels and garlic/butter-wine sauce. Didn't suck.
