25 years of mine on my hip leather hoster soaked through and sweat drops all over it. Sister wear almost silver spots on the finish, some scratches, and nicks in the plastic is all I can say about mine. Zero rust and it does not get oiled or cleaned often maybe every 3 or 4 years . Sometimes I do blow out the weed seeds and dust but not often. Always shoots.

I did hear they changed the finish process some time back but don't remember when or the difference.

It happens under extreme circumstances. Doubtful it’s bad enough to affect function at all. I hate those short stubby pistols, I have a g29 that I seldom carry because I hate shooting it. I don’t walk out the door planning to use my sidearm, but should the need arise I would rather have a full size pistol. Especially for the negligible weight and size difference

All Glock frames except for the 43 are the about the same.
27 and 29 will accept longer magazines.
I use rat grip to customize the thing to my liking…..

I just can’t get a good grip on the smaller pistols, and to me carrying a g20 isn’t any different than carrying the g29. I just shoot one much better than the other

the 27 is a great concealed carry firearm.

They make a single stack 9 that hold 10 rounds with grip that looked about the size of a 19 or 23 just a lot thiner . I saw it in the gun case last week didn't look any closer but noticed how nice and thin it was and it was not the small 380 0r small grip 9 . If I puck up any more handguns will likely be sig 365, czp 07 or shadow 2, Dan Wesson 1911 so I didn't look hard at the glock.
