You're right..it's more than likely just a Yankee short coming.

I reckon cathead bisquits are a southern thing.

Cathryn, You do know that being from West Virginia makes you a Yankee , don’t you ? Western Virginians stayed loyal to the Union, that’s why there is a state called WV.
This yankee, LOL, made cat head biscuits last week in my cast iron skillet turned out great

Cathryn I’ll invite you and Jerry to my mothers house for her biscuits, I promise they don’t look a thing like that! Homemade biscuits with butter and homemade strawberry jam, not those dang gut busters in that pic of yours lol!

Crawl outta that holler and come on over to the “right” side of Maryland grin

Now now, don’t be letting the secret of the Delmarva Peninsula out. Folks might actually come and stay. Although, we could do for some of the right folks coming over here.

Going after blue catfish in Cambridge on Thursday. Man I love the west coast of Delaware.

Stop over cooking your meat! It isn’t gamey, it’s over cooked!

Gordon Ramsey, maybe…

Popeye's has excellent chicken and thier biscuits are good but you have to pitch a huge fit to get any butter.
Ticks me off- a biscuit without butter!
