I normally go Diablo

https://www.diablotools.com/products/D0736GPA

the 7 1/4 is the largest size for demo capable circular saw blades , 10 or 12 inch you want to run a metal detector and clean wood generally

if I know I am going to run into a bunch of metal , still diablo but sawzall demo blades

I’m not aware of any saw blade that after hitting a nail or two is worth much.. I’d buy the cheapest blades you can find and when it don’t cut enough to satisfy you then toss it and grab another.

Some of these boards I'm using are from a 100 year old Corn crib so the nails might be handled forged

I cut through the nails between boards with the best Sawzall blades I could find.

if they're small nails, I'd be tempted to give it a try with the opposite strategy. That is, get a small pile of the cheapest carbide blades you can find. Instead of buying an expensive blade and hoping it can cut nail after nail, just plan on switching cheap blades regularly.

if you are doing fine wood working , a metal detector and a big crayon are your friend

you can get a metal detector for finding nails in boards for about what a 10 inch saw blade runs you

to speed things up but generate a little waste you can rough cut your boards to size with the 7 1/4 inch demolition blade then just check the ends you are going to cut clean with the metal detector.

Diablo, Freud, and Bosch are all owned by Bosch. I bought a hole saw the other day and it is advertized as "Diablo Freud." I think Forrest makes the best table saw blades and I would not pay for one to ruin it on a project like that. Cheap carbide is the way to go OR invest in a metal detector for woodworkers. If you are going to do anything with that wood other than cut it, like maybe plane it, you are going to need to get the nails out anyway.
