eric space OP trapper E Joined: Mar 2009 wantage n.j.	Hunting First pic is a buck I shot at age 14 in 1966. We were hunting in the Adirondacks camping in the state lean-to on Calkins Creek. While we were there Johnny Thorpe stopped by fur prospecting, as in the winters he trapped from this same lean-to. First time I met him, but he knew my Dad and Grandfather. Second pic is a mulie buck I shot in 1961 at age 9. To this day it is the biggest mulie shot by anyone in the Space family, 193 score Boone and Crocket. Model 94 in 30-30, I was flingin' lead as fast as I could lever it as he ran downhill thru the quakies. Pictures from a stone sheep hunt in British Columbia. We shot both (mine and my father's) rams on my birthday August 1 in 1970. He had a Springfield '06 and I had a model 70 in 270 Weatherby. My father with 2 bucks I shot on the same drive in 1992 with my Hawkin 50 cal. Me at 6 years old with some trout. Couple mulie bucks from my father's cabin in Pitkin CO. My first NJ turkey, one of the few shot in NJ's first season in 1981. My Dad is in camo.
