Once rock is in place it stays put. The wood is long rotted and gone but the rock is perfect. I knew a lady who lived in this house as a girl. She died of old age years ago.

Looks fantastic to me.

My dad built a lot of stone houses back in the 40's. He built forms place rocks and poured cement. Walls would be complete within 24 hours with a crew. I'll show you a pic of the last house dad built (his own) in 1974 later today.
