Twice I have thought so. As a young man, on my very first attempt at bobcat trapping, very first trap, I caught a nice 19lb cat. Thought I was pretty sharp. Then, just a few years ago, I snared a wolf in the first night in one of 3 or 4 snares that I set. My first attempt ever. I thought "This is going to be easy". Well, let's just say that there was a LOT to learn after that!

At times in my trapping career, I would think I'm getting to be pretty good when it comes to trapping. Then I get on Tman and feel like a rookie compared to some on here when I think, "Why didn't I think of that?"

Got a photo from a speeding camera in the mail. I immediately sent it back - way too expensive and really poor quality.

As I learned to be a better trapper I see that the more I learned about trapping the more I realized how very little I actually knew I know that there is a lot more I do not know about it than I do know But that does not keep me from enjoying it and wanting to know more yet
