been standing 17 years , of course now my knee is starting to be an issue , so I do limited time on a stool to le the knee not be so bad ,

No office chair for me. Hands on tech work all day wrastlin big dogs. I never get to sit down

Funny story; one of my young co workers who is obese with a lot of health issues was sitting on a wheeled stool doing paperwork for a while in lab. After a while she went and did something else so I sat in the stool for a bit while stocking the pharmacy. She came back in lab and looked disgusted. I said “oh did you want your chair back?” And she said “….if you don’t mind…”
