la4wd54 OP trapper L Joined: Nov 2013 texas	Had our yearly benefit for high school scholarships yesterday, boiled 1100 # of crawfish and 20 gallons of jambalaya. Brown 13# of sausage Brown 15# of chicken Add 2 gallons of chopped onions One gallon of chopped celery and bell pepper After 4 gallons has been transferred to the seving table Cooked in my pre 1890 20 gallon pot.

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
