Who eats turkey eggs?

Sister gave me a basket full, used a few this weekend. Yolks seemed thicker and more yellow. Shell was a bit tougher. Other than that they made fine fried egg sandwiches.

Never had turkey eggs, but goose eggs were good. Too big for a fried egg sandwich, but scrambled with cheese is good.
