Just wanted to share with the group, I had a Vortex Solo monocular that was dads. Mom asked why she couldn’t get it to focus so I looked at it. The rear lens fell out, so I called Vortex and they send a prepaid shipping label to see if they can fix or replace it. I know many of you already use Vortex stuff, it’s decent for the price and the Warranty is great. Also got 2 of dad’s rifles that he put Limbsaver recoil pads on probably 20 years ago. Well the pads have got very gooey and started to break down. So I called Limbsaver today and they are replacing them free of charge.

Vortex has a great warranty...which is a good thing, because in my experience with their stuff, you're gonna need it.

I've been buying and using a lot of Vortex products for over 10 years. I keep hearing how great their customer service is, but I have yet to need it.

my son broke one the Sunday before deer opener . called on his 9am break Monday told him he got off work at 3 and that it was a 75 minute drive he could be there at 4:15 , they had a a new one sitting on the receptionists desk when he got there and gave them the broken one.
he installed it that night and was out sighting in at 3:30 the next day ready to go for deer opener.

we know he is hard on everything he is at 100% breakage on Hollowsun products he is only about 10% on Vortex products broken.
he has broken a bunch of guns as well , high round counts wears thigs out and breaks stuff.

Not so much with their high end stuff, like their Razor line. But when you go into their lower lines like Diamondback, yes they are good for their price point, and yes if you use them extensively you are likely going to end up using that warranty. But their customer service and warranty is great.

Lost my lens cap on my binos last deer season, completely my fault. Emailed Vortex to purchase a new set and they would not let me pay. Shipped me a complete set completely free. I’m a big g proponent of Vortex products. Eric

I have used Vortex warranty on some hi end binos, they do have a great warranty. I have bought more of there stuff afterwards too.
