We don’t get many snows here but found a decent amount in a field. Couldn’t get permisison on the field so I watched them and notice they were flying over/ stopping at a small pond between the roost and the field. After work set out maybe two dozen socks and hid in a willow bush. Some decoyed, some flew low over the decoys and some it was pass shooting but at the end of the day we had 17 snows in the dirt. Was a fun little after work shoot

I haven't goose hunted since leaving NYS in 2004. Just Canada's back there almost exclusively. I miss goose hunting.
