I finally got it done this morning. Hunting a new farm today and heard 11 gobblers around me going crazy on the roost. I knew it was going to be a great day after daylight. I called in 3 big Tom's together. They all flew into the middle of a very big field 1st thing. But with a little calling and waiting for them to see my decoys (hen & a Jake ) here they came. I had to wait to shoot 7 minutes for them to separate or else I would have killed all 3 with 1 shot. He was 23 lbs. 11 1/4' beard & 1 1/4" spurs. Winchester Long Beard 3" # 5 shot at 45 yards. I didn't know if I was going to get a bird morels 2 birds this year. To much rain and a couple of my mistakes I was quickly running out of days. I'll be back in the morning to see if I can tag out for the year.

Is that one of Kip's box calls ? Sure seems like it.

You'll be fine now...less stress in time. Nice bird.
