Had a skunk call first thing so I asked the wife if she wanted a blizzard from DQ on my way back not thinking I took the pup with me what a circus it would be getting home. Ordered a strawberry Sunday for myself and a strawberry cheesecake blizzard for her and got a pup cup to keep Ryder busy for some of the ride home.

Things went south quickly the pup cup was a nice distraction for a short time, it was sunny and warm so the melting started right away. The cups held a generous amount of ice cream that would normally be a good deal but not today. I can’t use the cup holders between the seats the pup would be all over the treats or get hairs in them so I’m stuck holding both cups one in each hand. The dash had limited flat surface area so I’m driving with a cup in each hand using my wrists and pinky. Lucky most of the way home is a straight shot the turns were the worst part turning without spilling. I slurped what I could of the liquid that accumulated and took off.

About half way home I feel a tick I picked up from setting the Pepe cages climbing up the back of my neck nothing I could do about it the ice creams melting still no time to waste. I get to my turn off then I balance the cups on the dash feel around no tick so I get set to go it’s on my hand ice cream gets spilled from a tip of a cup. Kill the tick then off to home where I spill more trying to get the door open.

Not my best morning this week.

Next time ask for a cup carry box.

Seriously not much useable flat space on the dash anymore must be some safety feature even if flat was there once the heap melts the problems begin no matter what. LOL

When I was 19 I tried driving with no hands and no brain about 2am. Discovered that old car couldn't steer itself to navigate a curve. Still got scars from that one. The car didn't survive.
