A 1,000 employees walked off the job to protest the new dress code. If I was the ceo, I'd tell them don't let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya. Stupid people. Guess they don't need a paycheck.

When you encourage wokeness and it comes back to bite your butt down the road that’s priceless.

Not sure, really doesn't matter. We all have had to wear some type of uniform at one time or another. I still do and adher to my own drees and hygiene code. Now at the end of the day. I'm filthy playing in the swamps and woods. Point is. Don't like it. Then find another job or start your own business and you make the rules. Again, stupid morons.

Yup, read that and laughed! As a former tradesman who spent his career working for Dow, we were issued cotton clothing, blue work shirts and Carhart bibs (only to welders) or Dickies. Operators were issued cotton coveralls. Nobody quit or walked off the job! In the mid-70’s cotton was outlawed and Dow issued Nomex clothing, shirts, pants, & bibs (think race car driver clothing of that era), Nobody walked off the job!!
Yes, oil-soaked cotton would certainly catch on fire because I witnessed it on several occasions BUT with Nomex, sparks and molten slag would melt the crappy cloth to your skin. Nobody walked off the job! When you wore Nomex and sweated you stunk like rotten-crotch, you never did wearing cotton unless you chit your pants. Nobody walked off the job!
Starbucks employees will walk off over a black tee-shirt! LMAO! Coddled Pansies!

the barista thing is actually interesting
I know of a coffee shop that is doing very well , so well that they need more staff , but they are having a very hard time hiring the quality of staff that they require , so they were burning out their employees. they are closing a VERY popular coffee shop on what could be their 2 busiest days of the week , Saturday and Sunday , because they have enough Monday - Friday business that they can staff those days and make a profit on those days alone without the Saturday Sunday business.
this is Fire Fly in Oregon WI the have bakery , food , and cheese , a large space that they have full all the time with people
it is actually interesting how many people who work remote can do so from a coffee shop.
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

They make me wear black scrubs at the hospital (unless I go to surgery and then it is the blue ones) I don't care for the black but the paycheck helps me get over it The problem with most people today is that they have been let do what they want, when they want and how they want. Try to get them reined back in and they meltdown Hope SBs holds their ground and does not cave to the whiny punks Still think their coffee sucks

Are they uni-sex t-shirts, or do they make them choose men's or women's. I can see more epic yelling at the sky, LOL.
