of course you are correct lots of things involved on individual basis. Age, mobility, other health issues all play a roll.

But 90% can be corrected with what we eat and getting moving not only weight loss but a lot of healthy issues would not have become health issues if we are earing healthy and geting just a moderate amount of light exercises. Instead we (myself including) have been eating crap for decades and (me specifically) have not been geting much exercise. Most American fall into this category.

You do just that and you don't have to worry about how much you eat. You won't find yourself feeling hungry all the time and the weight just falls off.
