A guy from NJ purchased a farm next to a property I have permission to trap. I asked him in the fall for permission to trap and he said he does not allow trapping/thank you. The same guy calls me in the spring when red fox were killing his lambs. I said no thanks, you don't allow trapping!

The ones that want it free or at greatly reduced rate, I just they them no thank you I don't need the experience.

That happened to me. Loaned one to a co worker and he loaned it to his sister and then she moved and claimed she couldn’t find it. Prob ended up in the dumpster

I tried ADC work for a few years, gave it up, it was more hassle than it was worth. Had a person who lived 40 miles away call about a groundhog under their deck told them the set up price time and milage cost. They said "Well this might cost over a 100$." I said it most likely will. They said that was to much. I said well you could hire a lawyer and sue him to see if you could get him to leave. They hung up. He might of been a lawyer himself, oh well.
