However, for a political meme to really zing it has to skewer some action or policy of the target in an ironic way.

What policy does this one address?

Because if you lack one then all you're accomplishing is pointing out the national/ethnic origin of Mrs Vance. In which case you are acting against all of the "equity" and racial mores of your side of the argument.

In effect you have skewered yourself and become the meme of the subconscious racism of the left.

TIP, deport inlaws would've been more to your supposed point. Were I to make a meme using the inlaws I would've made one of Vance on the phone to an ICE tip line. Now that would be funny.
