Does Ohio have a commercial fishing license? Ohio does. I'm more interested in animals for the pet trade. The profit margins are a great many times larger, especially on the retail end. Keith

It would need to be a clear law state lines involve the Lacey Act if you screw up. Fish might be tough with the invasive Zebra mussels unless they have a decontamination process. I’d steer clear of it unless I’d could be 100% sure.

I think snapping turtles can be sold in Iowa but not Nebraska. Commercial license required no doubt. Fish and Game set up a guy in NE to sell to them in Iowa then busted him.
Life ain't supposed to be easy.

I tried to purchase some mayfly larva from a place in WI. But, was told MN didn't allow them to ship them to MN.

What reptiles & fish can you legally catch & sale in your state?
I used to catch lots of reptiles, amphibians, crayfish, snails, goldfish and koi in Ohio to sell. It's mostly illegal now.
A guy I know and I are looking at legally purchasing animals to resell from out of state.
Keith That brings back a lot of memories, when I was a kid my best friend and I caught and sold a lot of critters, from frogs and toads, snakes and salamanders and turtles but the truck load Back in the 70 that .40 cents. A Pound for leopard or green frogs was a lot to a couple of preteen kids, had a guy that would come out and pick them up right at the house along with whatever else we had, most of the frogs ended up on a high school science lab table I bet, a couple hundred pounds a day really added up along with everything else

Kansas appears to ban everything "except as permitted by statute or rules and regulations" The only permit or authorization I can find is game breeders permits to raise quail, pheasant, etc.

It's been getting tougher here and many other states for years ...Govt absolutely despises self sufficiency and someone making some money that big brother may not have complete control over.....Long live the market hunters.
