Once in awhile when the wife wants to hit the local restaurant. It's okay, but once every so often is enough for me.

Couple times a month, at best. My biggest limitation is the lack of good produce here. Limes, avocado, cilantro is all garbage at the grocery stores here.

When I am in the lesser 48 we eat a lot of Mexican food. My all time favorite was from the family of construction crew who would show up and make lunch on a job site in Seattle. $10 / week and I was hooked up. The food was amazingly good.

We love authentic Mexican food but only one eatery around here and they are what we consider expensive. It's always a fantastic delight but we can only do it once every couple of months.

Often enough the local place knows my order when I come in.
I also make enchiladas occasionally.
Tex- Mex and NM style are both great, imo.

2 bushels of roasted green chiles go in the freezer every year for chile and enchilada making, tacos too.

Stop over cooking your meat! It isn’t gamey, it’s over cooked!

A friend of mine used to joke all the time about loving to go to a Burger King for a breakfast burrito because his burrito was made by a real Mexican...... laugh

Not enough. It's my favorite food but we don't fix it much at home and the Mexican place in town closed its doors a few years ago. We will fix it at home a couple times a month. And I will eat some Taco Bell now and then. They serve food that is a loose representation of Mexican.

I work with some Mexicans, the stuff they make is amazing. They jokingly call Taco Bell "Taco Americanas".
