Famous local 9-ball player Buddy Hall has passed at 79, one week shy of his 80th birthday.

Buddy Hall was an excellent play by play pool announcer after he retired from playing. Maybe the best.

I never got to meet Buddy , however I loved watching him play on YouTube , his stroke was magical to say the least , he rarely ever had a tough shot as his position play was second to none !

I feel he was probably the best 9 ball player while in his prime .

Rest well Rifleman !!!!
