Love me some oysters. I was gonna grab some after work today, but the tide came up something fierce and I didn’t want to swim for them lol

Fresh oysters are the best. I can’t even help myself, I shuck and eat half of them on the beach before they ever make it into the bucket

I’m getting a bucket full tomorrow even if I have to swim for them. I should have just done it today, it rained so hard I wouldn’t have been any wetter anyways.

I'm just curious, where do you get your salmon? We hear that a lot of our salmon that gets canned ends up way down south. Do you make your croquettes out of canned salmon? If so, pink, or red (sockeye)?
