This recipe is easy and makes a lot!!
I’ll post the link but you really don’t need instructions…
Brown the ground lamb and drain. Add diced onions and diced zucchini and cook till zucchini is soft. Can add minced garlic and cook a little more.
Add cooked basmati rice. Season with salt and pepper and dried mint (don’t skimp!)

Add diced Roma tomatoes or whatever Kind you have. Add sliced kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese.

It’s really tasty. You can serve with pita bread or pita chips.
If you do not like lamb (and I know many of you don’t, you could easily substitute ground beef or ground Turkey or something else…the other flavors will take over)

Is feta one of them cheeses that tastes like wet wool socks that got left in a truck in August?

I’ll be honest it doesn’t taste like much of anything?? It’s not super strong.

My uncle Bill, who married my aunt Kim, immediately spit his first bite of feta cheese out, in the restaurant they were at. He rinsed his mouth in the sink. He also thinks feta tastes like dirty socks. My aunt and other close relatives, all like feta.

I have ate it and its not bad but not my favorite. Smash that looks good adding all the ingredients you did.

He ate a big plate full! We aren’t picky eaters. And Greek food is pretty clean eating and you don’t feel yucky afterwards!

I dislike one food and it’s capers.

I like capers, with some lemon dosed chicken recipes and with some fish.

I don’t like rice or peanut butter, at all.

My workmates are like stupid crazy about peanut butter. They leave plates with it cemented on in the sink. Stupid place is like a peanut butter palace.
