It ain’t a nap!

Good lord I woke up and felt like I was late for high school and forgot my locker combination

Coyote blanket gave me a coma!!

read studies that a nap needs to be minimum 90 minutes to do any good, 3 hours a day and you can go for days without extra sleep..

I only sleep 2 to 4 hours a day. My naps are 5 minutes. I learned a long time ago to just embrace my insomnia

15-20 minute naps are a luxury here that’s all I need.

Many times I fall a sleep watching the news and weather at 6pm and wake up right at sundown and think its just getting daylight, ready and raring to go all on a short nap, lol.

I catch a 15-20 min snooze watching TV and I'm screwed. Can't get to sleep till like 5 am.

I've worked so many night shifts, grave shift, split shifts, days, its a wonder I even sleep period

Now retired for almost a year, I still find my self fighting to get any sleep, if I nap out I'm really in trouble because I will never get back to sleep.

So I just fight to stay up the same amount each day and go to bed and get up at the same time

Tried different sleep pills, couple never worked, one does but it leaves me feeling sleepy after I wake up for a couple hours
so no more of them !

The only time it's great to wake up early now, is at hunting time LOL, up and ready to go no worries !!

I worked the off shifts for 17 years. I can fall asleep anytime of the day if the room is dark. I can stay awake for 2 straight days if needed and still be somewhat functional.

Dang crappie I don’t think I could do that!
