Say he wakes up one day and decides he wants to put his skid steer there for whatever reason. He takes five minutes to book it up and drag it to the other side of his place . Storms coming and bad winds gonna be come into what side , few minutes to flips it wound so all that crap is hitting the back side . Then there's also the deal like my chicken and quail tractors where you don't have just a big whatever of poop and pee on one place forever and a day.

And there just not a permanent commitment to a space you take on with a slab or pen set up.
