Will it drive up scrap prices or not? Right now aluminum is 40 cent per lb., here.

Can't figure scrap prices here in NY. Went 2 weeks ago and no line and very little scrap in the yard. Prices way down except for aluminum at $0.57/lb.

I have no answer for your question but here scrap iron is in the hole. We are always way behind everyone in the country any way.
