Fried backstrap, mac and cheese dinner rolls and coffee. No veggies this time. Won't be enough room on plate cause of the backstrap.

I grilled some NY strips and garlic shrimp for a couple of us at work, it was really good. I usually pan sear my steaks in iron, so grilling them isn't really my thing, but it turned out great.

What is Schpotz? I asked Google but they didn't know either.....
