The smart thing to do would be to make terrible examples of the rioters, so no others step forth to riot.

One would think so but when LA city leaders are fanning the flames and I'm sure there's a line of federal judges willing to rule in favor of the rioters I'm afraid its going get much worse before it gets better.

This summer could get sketchy for those of us that trap in or have to venture into our larger cities.

If I could I would sit it out in a swamp somewhere and watch the cities burn.

Warrior, is there not enough good ol' boys left in north Georgia to nip stuff like this in the bud? I know BLM claimed they were going to tear down a Confederate statue in Little Rock back during the former Summer of Love but a bunch of good ol' boys surrounded it and it didn't happen. Of course, in the last few years, the left coast has been moving here in droves so I don't know how much longer law and order will remain the norm here.

There are but we have cowards in Atlanta, legislature and governor, that have let the county govts become eat up with rinos and dim wannabes that'll sacrifice their own.

I just saw a news clip of Trumps border Czar (didn’t know you had one) in regards to the National Guard. He said that everyone has the right to protest, but if the line is crossed and there’s property damage, impeding or laying hands on officers……..that will be dealt with.

As it should be. They may have a right to protest, but I have a right to run over whatever’s in front of my truck. Which is exactly what I’d do if a bunch of idiots were blocking roads like they did last time. I wouldn’t even even slow down, I’d pour the coal to it and make speed bumps and examples out of them

Everyone does indeed have a right to protest and if the clowns in DC don't like it--too bad.

But if the protesters cross the line into rioting and damage property or assault anyone (including law enforcement), they need to have their skulls busted and spend serious time in jail.

That goes for people in LA, the BLM Trash, the J6 Trash--anyone.

Cali ignored the rule of law to please the flakes now the flakes are running the show with no understanding of how reality works they got what they earned.

I saw a a picture of some folks, standing on top of a burned out car, flying foreign flags. It resembles a foreign army invasion. Wonder how that would play out in flyover country?

I hope the powers that be target the leaders that have encouraged and called for this type of insurrection, namely Mayor Karen Bass and Governor Newsom. The left has gotten away with the wink and nod calls for violence way to long.

ICE conducted a raid and rounded up some illegals when they were attacked by the mob. What I saw was one officer down and other officers surrounding him protecting until they could get reinforcements. Also, reports of ICE agents having to barricade themselves inside an office.

Also, the usual cars burned and a new tactic. Seems that masked actors in the mob are taking sledge hammers to concrete bollards and other concrete structures to make rocks to be thrown.

The mayor and governor are hitting the airwaves saying that ICE won't be tolerated and the city should fight back.

LAPD is not backing up ICE.
