Correct, but I doubt the framers intended for the law to protect 20 plus million illegal immigrants. Impossible to give each one of them due process. USA was molested by the Democrats. The act of getting them here was illegal but the act of sending them back is protected by the Constitution.

Keep in mind what's been done over the years to flood us with illegals and little has been done with the flow coming into the country. Where were these Judges when everything was manipulated to increase the flow coming across the border?

Illegals were reclassified as asylum seekers to skirt the law knowing the majority were invisible in their own country and true asylum seekers could have used the steps we have in place already. They were coached on how to get past the laws using key phrases to get into the country nothing was done about that.

The story is Obummer was the Big Deporter that's just his fuzzy math because early on he stopped ICE from picking them up at jails across the country ICE was not allowed to pick them up it was catch and release no paperwork after that, no jail would take them no detainers were issued. So just where would a record number of people to deport even come from if that was the #1 way of enforcing the law? Its BS

The previous administration lied about everything to gain more illegals at any cost yet where were these activist judges then? They put in an incoming express lane in a way then they deny the same way to exit for the same people that's nuts.

I am on a job that starts in a rural area south of Kansas City to a rural area North of Kansas city. Shortest route takes me to down town KC. All interstate and 4 lane. Not on the stop lights etc of down town. Hope this mess does not show up there. I dont understand why people are displaying foreign flags. If they were not attempting to become American why are they here? Why do some Americans think open borders are a good thing? Why is it so hard to make it easier for the guy who wants to be American, earn an honest living and take care of his family, to come here legally?

Due process just means an appearance before an immigration judge. I believe they are getting that. Might only be 5 or ten minutes but so far as I know a judge is looking at evidence they are here illegally.

It seems judges are suddenly interested in the rule of law also when just a few years ago they needed to be pushed into do anything no matter how illegal or bizarre an action was happening.
