This protest didn't seem to cause any big issues. The only things I noticed were that the drivers went very slow when they approached the intersection. Most drivers in front of me chose not to go down that road, including at least 4 who had their right turn signals on and then went straight, when they saw the protesters. Usually almost all the traffic turns there The last thing was that the few drivers that turned all got in the left lane, instead of the right lane, which the protesters were waving the lgbtq, Mexican, Palestinian and Ukrainian flags over. Most drivers moved to the right lane in the next block.

I didn't notice any law enforcement officers, but suspect some were there. I wish I could of got a better look or even a video.

I didn't notice anyone who looked like hippies. About half looked queer because of the rainbow crap and clothing. The rest just looked like standard losers, of the Starbucks barista, soy boy type. I didn't notice a single person who wasn't white. The people holding the Mexican flags looked lily white. The relatively few Hispanics in my area were all probably at work on the farms.

….. like I said

Just seen a pic of ole loosey. I can only speculate based on one picture, but I see the makings of the last pick for even the chess or glee clubs there.
Bless his heart, and of course, with all due respect.

When I think of hippies I picture long messy hair, hemp clothing, tie dye, dirt, scrawny limbs, sandals and think of the smell of body odor, yeast infections, pot and patchouli. Hippies in my experience are friendly, but very gross. Some hippie women are kind of hot, but to smelly and dirty to want to do anything with when you're sober.

That does make things easier, but less interesting.

In my experience, hippies frequently want to bum or borrow something of you, often money. They often want a ride somewhere or want you to pick up something for them.

There was a hippie named Heath, who worked with my friend Big Pete at a micro brewery/restaurant called Hoppes. Heath would go to some of our parties. He was perpetually stoned. He smelled strongly of pot and patchouli. I gave him a ride once and my car smelled like patchouli for months and pot for a few days. He gave me some money back, he had bummed off me and my wallet smelled like patchouli for over a year. I never had any problems with him, but he had absolutely no motivation to do more than the bare minimum needed to survive.
