I've heard a pastor talk about homosexuality a few times (maybe 3-4) in my life. I've heard a pastor talk about sex before marriage once, while a pregnant single (but engaged) sang on the stage that same day.

I've never once heard a pastor talk about divorce and remarriage though.

I hear all of that, at least once a year. Every year.

Just imagine if we brought back, as we should, church discipline. Nothing like getting called out by name in front of the church.

Could start your own church and preach about whatever you want.

You haven’t been to the right church. I don’t feel that way at all.

I think it was Pastor June who said the Bible is a story book not a rule book, I bet he's raking it in by now.

Where some churches have gone wrong is pitting the gay pride in leader positions. the unnatural sex is a stated sin in the Bible. Any sin can be forgiven if the person asks for forgivenss and repents. Repent means turns away from!!

I am a regular attender so I will comment.
If your church never teaches on sexual sins, find another church.
If your church only teaches on sexual sins, find another church.
If your church never teaches on any sin, find another church.
Look for a church that teaches the whole counsel of God, not just the parts that the congregation likes or dislikes.

An excerpt from Paul's instruction to the young preacher who would take up the mantel following Paul's martyrdom (most historical theologians believe the next day).
2 Timothy 4: I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

It can be helpful to keep things in perspective of Jesus' life and teachings:
1) When Jesus came to earth, most people rejected him because they preferred darkness rather than light.
2) When Jesus taught strong doctrine rather than just working miracles, many disciples stopped following him.

Wouldn't be a single person safe. Everybody is a sinner, whether they like to admit it or not.
