Try this sometime, homage kimchi

Tried it before is just not my thing most forms of cabbage just aren't my thing, guys on her love a cabbage dish I make , I personally can't get it down .that being said think Dad said he enjoyed it when he was in Korea and missed having it....might have to try and make some for him.

A heaping spoonful of kimchi into instant ramen is great

You can do about anything with ramen. throw the salt bags that comes with it out and replace with with Better than Bullion or other similar broth type things. and add whatever you want. Eggs, mayo, curry paste, its just a kind of pasta. Can make a spaghetti sauce and use the ramen instead of spaghetti noodles/
